Meet Jessica Spendlove

Jessica is a Performance Dietitian, Executive Health Coach, and highly regarded Speaker with over 15 years of experience helping elite performers unlock and sustain their full potential. Her client list reads like a who’s who of high performance: Olympic athletes, AFL and NRL teams, special forces operatives, and C-suite executives across high-pressure industries.

What makes Jessica a standout in her field is not just her experience but her perspective. She’s intimately familiar with the high cost of always pushing, consistently achieving, and always performing. She’s seen what happens when people lose their balance, forget to recharge, or attach their identity solely to their output, and she’s lived through it herself.
